Your First Visit
For all new clients, I reserve a two-hour appointment. This allows time for a thorough intake, discussion of your health history, and an assessment so I can determine the best treatment approach for your specific concerns.
The assessment portion is complimentary—if we don’t need the full time for the evaluation, we simply begin the hands-on treatment sooner. You’ll always receive a full 60 minutes of therapeutic massage.

No two clients are alike, and neither are my treatments. Every session is tailored to your specific pain, movement restrictions, and goals rather than following a routine.
Depending on your needs, treatment may include deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, stretching, cupping, gua sha, moist heat, or other techniques to help reduce pain and improve mobility.
My goal is to provide effective treatment in a way that is both therapeutic and respectful of your comfort level.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Life happens, so I gladly extend grace for your first two late cancellations. After that, late cancellations and missed appointments may result in the session being forfeited or charged.
